By accessing or using ChurchPictorial.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1.2 Description of Service

Church Pictorial is a subscription-based online platform that allows organizations (primarily churches) to manage digital pictorial directories, member information, and related media content.

1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create an account or subscription.

1.4 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

1.5 Subscriptions and Billing

Church Pictorial offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your chosen plan. Invoices are issued by Axon Lane LLC.

Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service.

1.6 Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.

1.7 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission.
• Attempt to access or disrupt another organization's data.
• Use the platform for spam or commercial solicitation unrelated to your organization's directory purpose.

1.8 Intellectual Property

All software, logos, and site content are owned by Axon Lane LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of photos and data uploaded by your organization but grant us a license to host and display them as necessary to provide the service.

1.9 Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." Axon Lane LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

1.10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

1.11 Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." By continuing to use ChurchPictorial.com, you acknowledge and agree to the updated terms.
